Outside the VTX1800’s shining, chromed exterior, lies a heart of impressive steel. The three valves per cylinder, twin plug combustion chambers, V Twin engine delivers power and performance. This is Honda’s largest V Twin engine, packing a massive 1795cc, capable of 0 to 60mph in 5.31 seconds. Definitely extreme!

The VTX1800 boasts a variety of great features, including a linked brake system (LBS) and a liquid-cooled, 52 degree, V-twin Bore Stroke engine. The LBS has a secondary master cylinder with a three stage control valve. LBS twin piston calipers regulates a single 316m brake disc on the back, with the LBS three piston caliper, dual 296mm brake discs, on the front. Therefore, braking levels are kept in proportion and balanced. A feature delay valve also helps to reduce front end dive. Together, these components give the Honda VTX1800 a whole lot of stopping power.

The Honda VTX1800 Motorcycle has V-twin Bore Stroke engine with an innovative offset dual crankpin. This unique design minimizes vibration, allowing the engine to run smooth and reach peak horsepower, even at 5000rpm. It also has a digital ignition, two sparks per cylinder, with automatic choke. Plus, a Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) fuel system. It utilizes sensors for the engine coolant and intake air temperature, in addition to the atmospheric and intake port pressure. Therefore, optimizing fuel delivery. An excellent feature to have, because with that fuel injection and two valves per cylinder doing their magic, it’s going to be hard to stop snapping at that throttle!
